The Freezer EXTREME rev.2 is designed for AMD Socket AM3, AM2 +, AM2, 939, 754, and Intel Socket 1366, 1156, 775. Just like its predecessor, it uses four copper thermal pipes. These extend from the copper CPU contact block throughout the main aluminum heatsink assembly.
